WIP (just randonly typed, no reread)Yaoguai- "Yaoguai represent a broad and diverse class of ambiguous creatures in Chinese folklore and mythology defined by the possession of supernatural powers and by having attributes that partake of the quality of the weird, the strange or the unnatural."Roaming through all corners of the world, Yaoguai are unseen by ordinary vision and often mistaken for misfortune. Disasters, tragedies, and exorbitant amounts of humans lost are just a minor stretch of what they can do.
It has become increasingly rare for a hunter to stumble upon a well-meaning spirit as the years have passed.Riddled across the lands, a handful of families had either chosen to gather forces to take down these monsters or selfishly utilize the amount of power these creatures hold.The rate of death due to such work has caused countless previous families to go under. However, even the loss of life couldn't stop other groups from forming in hopes of removing the creatures altogether or for selfish gain.These houses are made up of various families put together, and as the years went by, the houses grew in size. Broken down into different branches, the offspring of each branch would have their lives planned out for them.

Each of the branches is the responsibility of the Master/head of the house's children. The Martial Branch is the responsibility of the second son.

Weapon : Chain WhipXiao Er was born to a mother from the Martial Branch and a father from the Logistics Branch. Typically, parents are allowed to choose which of their branches their child will be placed into. However, due to a shortage of births within the Martial Branch during the year of Xiao Er's birth, he was assigned to the Martial Branch by necessity.Though cheerful and carefree by nature, Xiao Er often comes across as lacking in common sense or slightly out of touch. Beneath his bright demeanor, however, he carries a quiet loneliness, readily accepting the company of anyone willing to have him. Children of the Martial Branch are often seen as a bit odd or off-putting, and Xiao Er is no exception in that regard.He is often perceived as foolish to a certain extent, making it common for others to attempt to sway his decisions. These efforts, though, are futile; no matter how naive he may seem, Xiao Er follows only the orders of the second son, the young master.
